So u have lost your lock button and full housing replacement is not an option for you!
1st step --set a password to your bb i know pass lock sucks but this is the only way go to options/password enable.

2nd--disable dial from homescreen by going to options/phone options/ general options/dial from homescreen no

3rd--you're almost done now press 'k'  the phone is locked
screen shuts now enter the code congrats you no longer need that unlock button!!
  From Now to lock press k to unlock just key in your pass and hit enter
